Lauren Jauregui is LOVING Demi Lovato's New Single 'Sorry Not Sorry'

Lauren Jauregui is LOVING Demi Lovato's New Single 'Sorry Not Sorry'

Demi Lovato released her new summer single, “Sorry Not Sorry,” today and it’s a sassy breakup anthem.

We cannot stop hitting repeat and we aren’t alone; Fifth Harmony member Lauren Jauregui is totally feeling it too!

“you better SINGGGG BBY GIRL DAMN,” she quote-tweeted Demi‘s promotion of the new song.

Demi, 24, and Lauren, 21 are both outspoken advocates of the LGBTQ+ community and powerhouse singers, so it’s only natural that the two women would support one another. They’ve also known each other for years — if you’ll remember, Demi was a judge on The X Factor when Fifth Harmony was formed!

Now fans of them both are calling for a collaboration, and we can’t say that we disagree.

Listen to Demi‘s new song here!

My mini-me an older version of what I hope to be, You honestly deserve everything , peace, happiness, love , anything that this wondrous life has to offer to a soul such as yours. Aside from your uplifting character & beauty that you embrace, I don't think anyone knows how much of a goofball you can be! I always enjoy your energy and humorous dry jokes lol You keep me laughing til my back hurts! You would text me randomly saying, "Dinah I miss you,sis !" & you're literally sitting right across from me or standing beside me, with a puppy face hoping that I'd reply saying, "i miss you too ????". For the first time , we sat beside each other at the dinner table & the hostess was calling last call for the kitchen. Nobody & I mean NOBODY was in for it because they were all extremely full, so you whispered to me, " Dinah lets get another 2 orders of shrimp together! I don't want to be the only one" ????????as fit & as tiny you may be, it amazes me how identically common our appetite is haha Ill always grub with you sis ! As an older sister,Thank you for being a great example to me. You're the first to always look out for me, check up on me. You know I hella love you ally! I'm smiling, laughing, & crying as I write this to you because Ive known you for 5years now & not once in those years you turned from me. My life wouldn't be the same without my Allyson Sunshine Brooke Hernandez. Happy happy birthday, I love you to the Stars & back sis.. xxxx (enjoy this mini slideshow y'all, trust me these videos are worth watching????)

Zendaya & Lauren Jauregui React to Donald Trump's Controversial CNN Tweet

Zendaya & Lauren Jauregui React to Donald Trump's Controversial CNN Tweet

Both Zendaya and Fifth Harmony‘s Lauren Jauregui are young women who speak up for what they believe in and we love them for it.

That’s why it’s no surprise that the two of them took to Twitter in response to President Donald Trump‘s tweet yesterday that seemingly incited violence against journalists.

He posted a video of an altered wrestling match in which he is knocking out someone with the CNN‘s logo on their head.

And it’s upsetting a lot of people.

Both Lauren and Zendaya were shocked by the tweet.

“I just want you all to remember… this is a tweet from the ‘president,’” Z tweeted. “Like no one hacked it, it’s not a parody account…that’s really him…that sh*t is just embarrassing.”

“How the f-k are you a president,” Lauren wrote in a direct reply.

See their reactions below.

Halsey Explains Why She Chose to Collaborate With Lauren Jauregui Over Katy Perry

Halsey Explains Why She Chose to Collaborate With Lauren Jauregui Over Katy Perry

Everyone who’s anyone knows that Halsey and Lauren Jauregui‘s song “Strangers” is incredible (listen here), not just because it’s a catchy song, but also because it carries a powerful message.

The song is a love song to the LGBTQ community and both Halsey and Lauren are bisexual, so the female pronouns in the song matter.

In a new interview, the 22-year-old “Now or Never” singer talks about how her label actually wanted her to record the duet with Katy Perry instead.

“I was like, I’m not putting an artist on this song unless they’re f*ing gay,” she remembered to Vulture.

While Halsey is of course free to record with whoever she wants to, it isn’t totally fair to judge other peoples’ sexualities, which they are figuring out for themselves. Katy has alluded to struggling with her sexuality growing up in a religious household, and she has every right to label — or not label — herself however she chooses to.

We understand and respect Halsey‘s desire to be as true to the LGBTQ community as possible, but speculating on others’ sexualities is not necessary to do so.

Fifth Harmony Wishes Lauren Jauregui a Happy 21st Birthday on Instagram

Fifth Harmony Wishes Lauren Jauregui a Happy 21st Birthday on Instagram

Happy birthday, Lauren Jauregui! The Fifth Harmony singer turns 21 today, and her fellow band members are celebrating appropriately. All three of these powerful women (Dinah Jane, Normani Kordei, and Ally Brooke) penned lengthy, heartfelt Instagram captions expressing their love and good will for Lauren.

It’s totally sweet.

“I can’t believe I met you when you were 16,” Ally wrote, “My first memory with you is going up to you at Bootcamp and telling you that you looked like Megan Fox! One of my favorite memories ever was when we first were formed, you and I had creme brulee and banana bread pudding every single night. And just talked about life. It’s a memory I cherish.”

Normani wrote about how powerful Lauren‘s fight for progress is in her tribute.

“I love your selfless soul,” she wrote, “You are a superhuman. I’m grateful to claim you as my sister. I’ll always stand by you and my heart lets me know that you’ll do the same. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the queen of being woke.”

Dinah shared their hilarious first encounter, in which Lauren told her not to perform “Hero” on The X-Factor because she was singing the same song.

“Continue on being that fierce & fearless warrior. You know who you are, you know what you have to offer, & you know what you stand for. I’m thankful to Heavenly Father to have someone like you in my corner. Happy birthday mama,” she wrote.

Make sure you wish her a happy birthday too! After all, the fifth member of Fifth Harmony is now the fans.

Fifth Harmony Are Stronger Than Ever Ahead Of Their New Album Release

Fifth Harmony Are Stronger Than Ever Ahead Of Their New Album Release

Fifth Harmony are redefining what it means to be in a strong, girl band right now.

For the ladies — Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Normani Kordei — it’s all about sticking together and sticking up for one another and not taking any crap from anyone.

“I honestly think it’s unity,” Normani shared with Refinery29 in a new interview about their bond.

“I feel like, low-key, to a certain point, we were all going through it alone,” Lauren says. “We were all in our own world, and also, the context of being in a girl group, it’s kind of hard sometimes as well because the world pits you against each other whether you want to be or not.”

Dinah adds, “To stand beside three other girls and to know that they are going through the same thing, we were each other’s crutch. At that time, I feel that we loved ourselves the hardest, and we took the time to be alone, and to shower ourselves with love. To know that we are worth more than what people are saying about us.”
